Smith Cole Wright

Smith Cole Wright is a national firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants with offices in Glasgow and Newcastle. We provide advice in commercial property markets throughout the UK but particularly in Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland.

The practice was formed by Fraser Smith in 1986 when he moved from Richard Ellis. He was joined in late 1994 by Ian Wright, following 12 years as Retail Director of Conrad Ritblat's Glasgow office and Crawford Cole, having previously been a Director with Akeler Developments and previously Stewart Newiss in Newcastle.
